New HGTV Shows in March 2026: PREMIERE SCHEDULE

With the official start of spring just around the corner, HGTV has a whole crop of fresh new shows popping up in March 2026, including three series premieres and the return of other HGTV favorites. Mark your calendars for the following shows in March



MARCH 2: Series Premiere of HGTV’s ‘Bachelor Mansion Takeover’

BACHELOR MANSION TAKEOVER — March 2 at 8 p.m. Eastern time: This crossover competition with ABC’s ‘Bachelor’ franchise will follow 12 former contestants from ‘The Bachelor,’ ‘The Bachelorette,’ ‘The Golden Bachelor,’ and ‘The Golden Bachelorette’ as they renovate the iconic California mansion long featured on the dating shows while competing for a $100,000 prize.

Hosted by Jesse Palmer, each of the six two-hour episodes will feature elimination challenges in spaces throughout the mansion, including the bunk rooms, the iconic rose room, the pool area, the mixer room, the terrace, and the kitchen. Bachelor Nation fan-favorites Tayshia Adams and Tyler Cameron serve as judges, joined each week by guest judges including longtime HGTV star Christina Haack, actress Rachel Bilson, and HGTV alum Nate Berkus.


MARCH 2: Series Premiere of HGTV’s ‘Wild Vacation Rentals’

WILD VACATION RENTALS — March 2 at 10 p.m. Eastern time: After “Bachelor Mansion Takeover,” HGTV serves up another series premiere, following actresses and comedians Sherry Cola (Joy Ride) and D’Arcy Carden (The Good Place) on the ultimate girls’ trip. Cola and Carden will crisscross the U.S., staying at three of the “most enchanting, eccentric and downright bizarre rentals” they can find in each episode.

In the first half-hour episode, the pals will visit vacation spots in Missouri and Arkansas, including a 70-acre resort with a race track and indoor go-karts, a “luxurious cave retreat” with “moody vibes and stalactites hanging from the ceiling,” and an old nuclear missile complex that takes them 50-feet underground.


MARCH 15: Series Premiere of HGTV’s ‘Property Brothers: Under Pressure’

PROPERTY BROTHERS: UNDER PRESSURE — March 15 at 9 p.m. Eastern time: The beloved Property Brothers are back with a new series to “help wary buyers grappling with commitment issues make confident, informed decisions for the biggest purchase of their lives,” per HGTV.

The new series features a whopping 14 episodes, following Drew and Jonathan Scott as they help clients through the ups and downs of the home-buying process, including competitive markets and budgeting. Once the homes are purchased, the twins step in again to “incorporate stunning, smart and functional design solutions” in their renovations, turning the sold houses into adored homes.


MARCH 31: Season 3 Premiere of ‘Renovation Aloha’

RENOVATION ALOHA — March 31 at 8 p.m. Eastern time: Tristyn and Kamohai Kalama are finally back with a third season of “Renovation Aloha,” which chronicles the couple flipping homes in Hawaii. In a social media announcement, HGTV said the new season will see the Kalamas “tackle their toughest Hawaii flips yet—from a property with a shocking lava‑tube discovery to a massive multi-home project in Hilo.”


New Episodes of Favorite Shows Will Also Air in March 2026

In addition to the premieres happening in March, HGTV promises new episodes of other favorite shows, including “Home Town” season 10, which airs on Sunday nights at 8 p.m. Eastern time.

The Property Brothers’ “Don’t Hate Your House” will air the last of its season two episodes in early March, airing Monday nights at 8 p.m. Eastern time.

And the perennial favorite “House Hunters” airs a new episode every night from Monday through Saturday night at 10 p.m. Eastern time.
