HGTV’s Jenny & Dave Marrs Drop Big Update on ‘Fixer to Fabulous’ and Fan Favorite
HGTV stars Jenny and Dave Marrs got fans excited on Monday (June 22) as they teased the upcoming eighth season of their hit show Fixer to Fabulous, along with the return of a beloved member of the team.
“We have some news… SEASON EIGHT of Fixer to Fabulous is coming!!” Jenny shared on Instagram alongside a video announcement. “We’ve been hard at work on 14 new episodes – we have 9 houses in construction now, 2 reveals are completed, and 2 more reveals are happening this week!”
She continued, “We cannot wait for you all to see these projects and meet these incredible families. We have amazing stories to share this year and are truly grateful for the chance to do so.”
“THANK YOU all for the support, encouragement and love,” Jenny added. “Our entire team is immensely grateful that you all continue to invite us into your living rooms each year. It’s a privilege we don’t take lightly.”
The designer stated there isn’t an air date yet, but promised to share it with her followers as soon as they find out.
In the video, Jenny and her husband, Dave, are seen spray-painting the words “SEASON 8” on a wall. After the couple finishes, fan-favorite fixer Joe Looney walks into the shot and adds an exclamation point to the message. The video ends with the whole crew cheering as the words “Coming Soon” appear on-screen.
Fans jumped into the comments to share their excitement, with many happy to see Looney back for Season 8. Looney, who worked as a carpenter on the show across the first five seasons, briefly appeared in one episode of Season 7.
