HGTV Reveɑls Its Jɑnuɑry 2026 Schedule ✨📺 Surprise returns, bold new series, ɑnd ɑ twist fɑns didn’t see coming.

HGTV fans will have plenty to celebrate in the new year, with some favorite familiar faces returning to the network in January 2026. Check out the HGTV schedule for January, including one new show that’s sure to be entertaining.


“Home Town” Season 10 Premieres January 4

In a December 2025 press release, Warner Bros. Discovery announced HGTV’s new and returning shows scheduled for January 2026.

“Home Town” is back, with season 10 premiering on January 4 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Ben and Erin Napier return for 16 new episodes of the fan-favorite show, featuring some special renovations.

According to the press release, “Ben and Erin makeover the maternity ward and waiting room of the local hospital, transform a house for Ben’s brother Jesse and his growing family, and remodel a home for a newly engaged couple who plans to host their wedding there.”

The season kicks off with “their largest ‘Home Town’ overhaul yet,” as they “fix up one of Laurel’s most well-known abodes for the homeowner who has lived there for over five decades.” It’s such a huge undertaking, the renovation will span two episodes.


“Ugliest House in America” New Season Premieres January 7

“Ugliest House in America” is back for season 7 on January 7 at 8 and 8:30 p.m. ET/PT. Host Retta continues her search for the ugliest home with six new episodes. Alison Victoria is on hand with a $150,000 budget to renovate the house crowned the “ugliest.”

“This season — which spotlights Retta’s hundredth hideous house tour — will kick off in the Great Plains, where she’ll explore an off-the-grid mish-mash house, a man-made metal monstrosity and a Rocky Mountain home at 7,100 feet overtaken by unexplained light switches,” the release notes.


“Neighborhood Watch” Premieres January 7

“Neighborhood Watch” is a new series premiering on January 7 at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT. This series gives an eye-opening look at home surveillance video that will “reveal the raw, unfiltered and sometimes shocking footage” captured.

The press release notes, “From neighbors and postal workers to uninvited guests and animal visitors, the network will tap into the most embarrassing, hilarious, outrageous and downright bizarre moments caught on home surveillance video.”


“Cheap A$$ Beach Houses” Returns With New Episodes

“Cheap A$$ Beach Houses” premiered in December, but more new episodes are set to air in January, beginning on the 7th at 9 p.m. ET/PT. In the January 7 episode, a couple searches for a beach home in Panama City Beach, Florida.
