âProperty Brothersâ Drew and Jonathan Scott celebrated a very special family milestone: Their fatherâs 92nd birthday!
Jim Scott, the father of Drew and Jonathan, as well as older brother J.D. Scott, turned the big 9-2 on Monday, March 2.
Drew and Jonathan Scott Celebrate Dad Jimâs Birthday
Drew and Jonathan took to social media on Monday to share touching tributes to their old man.
â92 years of making this planet a better place. Happy birthday to the best dad, grandfather, brother, human I know,â Drew shared alongside a series of photos of Jim with his grandchildren, Parker and Piper. âLove ya! â€ïžâ
Drewâs twin brother, Jonathan, went for comedy with his sweet birthday message.
âFelt like celebrating dadâs 92nd birthday with these totally real pics!! đâ he wrote, sharing a series of A.I. generated images of his father.
In one photo, Jim appears to be in an old Western, posing in front of a cabin covered in Wanted posters with his face on them. Another showed Jim and Jonathan in full body armor, while a third saw the men dressed as superheroes. Jim wore a Superman-style costume with âSuper Dadâ brandished across his cape, while Jonathan rocked his handy tool belt. The last photos included one of Jimâs and Jonathanâs faces on a Mount Rushmore-like mountain, as well as Jim looking like George Strait on stage in front of a live audience.
Fans and friends flooded the comments section of the menâs posts with well-wishes for the father of three.
âHappy Birthday, Mr. Scott! Thank you for raising such wonderful young men. Their kindness and giving to others is a reflection of their parents. đđđâ one fan wrote.
âMr.Scott have a wonderful birthday with your beautiful family,â another added.
Jim Scott Shares a Special Bond With His Sons
In January 2025, Jonathan and Drew sat down with their father and mom, Joanne Scott, to reminisce on their childhood. Jim, who was an instructor in Shotokan karate as the boys were growing up, recalled the first time the boys showed interest in his sport.
âWhen the boys were eight, they wanted to join. I said if they started, they could not quit,â he said. âThey watched a number of classes and decided they wanted to join. Their older brother Daniel (JD) was 10 and he had joined at 8. Over the next 10 years, all three boys earned black belts and became instructors at the dojo.â
The proud father added, âDuring that time, they won many awards and trophies in competitions. Ultimately, it was their choice to join.â
