Christina Haack is ringing in the New Year with a blended family vacation — calling the moment “𝖆 𝖇𝖊𝖆𝖚𝖙𝖎𝖋𝖚𝖑 𝖎𝖓𝖘𝖕𝖎𝖗𝖆𝖙𝖎𝖔𝖓.”

HGTV’s Christina Haack rang in the new year in Park City on a “blended family” vacation with her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, and fans call her an “inspiration.”

Tarek’s wife, Heather Rae El Moussa, took to social media shortly after the ball dropped to share a series of photos from their big vacation.

“A New Year celebration for the books! 🍾🎉🎿 Happy 2026 from the Grizwolds,” she jokingly captioned a series of celebratory photos on Thursday, January 1.

The photos included a group shot with Christina and her boyfriend, Christopher Larocca, as well as her children Taylor and Brayden, whom she shares with Tarek, and Hudson, whom she shares with ex-husband Ant Anstead.

Tarek’s mother, Dominique El Moussa, was also part of the fun.

“I absolutely adore this healthy, healed, adult co-parenting,” one fan commented.

“Beautiful family together,” another wrote.

When the “Christina on the Coast” star shared her own photos on Saturday, January 3, however, fans praised the interior designer for her healthy relationship with her ex.

“May have been the saddest amount of snow I’ve seen in Park City, Utah- but this blended fam still had the best trip,” she captioned her post. “2026 is off to a great start. ❤️🚀”

One fan commented, “Love that you all get along so well!! So good for your children to see mature adult caring for them and each other!!”

“Your blended family is a beautiful inspiration,” another wrote.

“Love how you all love one another,” a third added.

Christina Haack and Tarek El Moussa’s Past

The former couple became public figures when their HGTV series, “Flip or Flop,” premiered in 2013. However, their relationship began much earlier than that.

Haack and El Moussa met in 2005 while working in real estate in Orange County, California, according to Good Housekeeping. In their early twenties, their relationship was purely platonic and professional.

They began dating a year later and things moved quickly.

“The day Tarek and I officially started dating, which was October 9, 2006, we moved in together,” Christina told Good Housekeeping.

They went on to tie the knot in April 2009 and welcomed their first child, daughter Taylor, in September 2010. Shortly after their HGTV series took off, they welcomed baby No. 2, son Brayden, in August 2015.

After seven years of marriage, they announced their split.

“Like many couples, we have had challenges in our marriage,” the couple said in a joint statement in December 2016. “We had an unfortunate misunderstanding about six months ago and the police were called to our house in an abundance of caution. There was no violence and no charges were filed.”

They both went on to remarry, Tarek to the “Selling Sunset” star, and Christina to Ant Anstead. She and Ant would later split, and she remarried Josh Hall before their July 2024 divorce. She has been in a relationship with Larocca for more than a year.
