On March 20, the HGTV Instagram account shared a clip from the night’s new episode. “Instant #MyLotteryDreamHome icon. Watch David try to find a property in Santa Fe, NM for Mariella & her fam on tonight’s new ep at 9|8c!” the caption noted.

The video notes that it’s “David’s toughest client yet (a teenager),” so you know he’s in for a bumpy ride. As they look at different homes, Bromstad asks for Mariella’s opinion and she doesn’t quite match his energy.

“What else can I do for you, your majesty?” he jokingly asks her at one point.

Bromstad also asks, “Do you like it or do you hate it? … I can’t tell!”

She smiles and assures him, “I like it.”
