In the early scenes of Wednesdayâs episode, manipulative Becky encouraged Lisa to forget about Carla and concentrate on enjoying a family Christmas with her and Betsy.
Keen to take any opportunity to get closer to Lisa again, sly Becky gave her a massage to relieve some tension and then started to kiss her on the back of her neck. She was delighted when Lisa finally responded to her advances, which led to them giving into temptation.
Later, though, Lisa was reminded of how much Carla still means to her and she left an emotional voice note â hoping that the Underworld boss would soon return to talk things through.
âSo, itâs Christmas Eve, babe. And I canât stop thinking about you,â Lisa admitted. âI want you. I want you back in my life and Iâm going to do whatever it takes to get you back.
âItâs you. And itâll only ever be you. I love you.â
