The Traitors alum, 33, shared a post on Instagram on Saturday, Oct. 25, that featured photos of his newly broken nose â an injury he suffered after his pro partner, Daniella Karagach, gave him an accidental elbow to the face.
âBroke my nose, but donât need it to dance,â Dylan joked in the caption of his post.
The photos showed the reality TV star sitting in an emergency room chair holding an ice pack to his face.
âItâs midnight, and Iâm in the hospital because Dani broke my nose. We were trying a new move, and I took an elbow right here,â he said in a video filmed in the hospital, pointing to his broken nose.
âAnd it made a really loud crack,â Dylan added. âSo, not how I wanted to end the rehearsal day, but weâll be back dancing tomorrow.â
In the caption, Dylan also thanked Karagach,
DWTS pro Pasha Pashkov and fellow contestant Danielle Fishel for supporting him after his injury.
âIâm seriously all good â but Iâll never forget the way Dani, Pasha and Danielle WOULDNâT leave my side when it happened, warms my heart to have friends like them ,â he wrote.
Other DWTS competitors and pros shared their love and support for Dylan in the comments section.

As a nod to their brother Zac Efron, both Dylan and Olivia joined forces and danced to âRewrite the Starsâ from
The Greatest Showman (performed by Zac, 38, and Zendaya in the film). The pair twirled together onstage before Karagach, 32, stepped in to finish the contemporary routine.
Dylan, Olivia and Karagachâs performance earned them 36/40 from the judges and plenty of high praise. Carrie Ann Inaba said Olivia was âincredibleâ and Dylan âmade her night,â while Bruno Tonioli said Olivia had perfectly pointed toes.
âWhen I first asked [Olivia] if she would do this with me, she buried her head in my chest and was like, âNo, thereâs no way,â â Dylan recalled to PEOPLE after the performance. âAnd then she came to the first week and she told me after, sheâs like, âIâm thinking about it.â Week 2, she said sheâll do it and that sheâs not afraid of anything. And then she showed up and actually didnât get afraid of anything.â
Dylan is next set to appear on DWTS for Halloween Week, during which heâll dance the Viennese Waltz to âCanât Help Falling in Love (DARK)â, a cover of the Elvis Presley track from Tommee Profitt and Brooke.
