GTV has been busy rebuilding its lineup and diversifying its programming after letting go of at least seven series in recent months. On October 22, 2025, the network announced multiple new shows and premiere dates for returning favorites.
The network also said it has ordered a whopping 400 new episodes of âHouse Huntersâ and its popular spinoff, âHouse Hunters Internationalâ for 2026 because the series continue to draw a crowd after an incredible 25 years on the air.
HGTV Reveals Which Fan Favorites Are Returning Soon
Cornerstone Building BrandsTwo fan favorite shows and personalities will be back with new episodes in the near future, including âMy Lottery Dream Home.â In a press release, the network said a new season with David Bromstad will premiere on November 7 at 9 p.m. Eastern time. The first episode will see Bromstad helping a lucky couple in Boca Raton, Florida, find their dream spot.
âFixer to Fabulousâ starring Dave and Jenny Marrs will also return for a new season that starts on December 2 at 8 p.m. Eastern time. The 12-episode season will show the Marrs juggling raising their five kids, tending to their farm full of animals, and renovating homes for families in Bentonville, Arkansas â including their son Lukeâs preschool teacher, whose home was ravaged in a tornado.
Three New Shows Will Premiere on HGTV in 2025
HGTVAmong the new shows that HGTV has ready to go is âHoarding for the Holidays,â set to premiere on November 11 at 9 p.m. Eastern time. With four one-hour episodes, the show will highlight people who are crazy for Christmas, from over-the-top decorations to out-of-control holiday collections.
Another new show, âCheap A$$ Beach Houses,â will premiere on December 3 with back-to-back episodes at 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. HGTVâs ordered 16 episodes of the humorous âfantasy lifestyleâ series, which proves you donât have to be super rich to snap up a super house. In the premiere episode, a Michigan couple will search for a waterfront home at a âreasonable priceâ in Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
There are also a couple of one-time specials coming up. Once again, HGTV will air a âWhite House Christmas 2025,â and this year the Property Brothers will be the ones touring the space, and helping to set up all of the amaing holiday decor. Meanwhile, âMy Lottery Dream Home: Davidâs Happy Ending,â with Bromstad revealing his homeâs complete makeover in a one-hour special on December 19.
More New Shows to Debut on HGTV in Early 2026

One is called âBotched Homes,â starring former New York City contractor Charlie Kawas, who now works with his âexpert crewâ in Florida to repair âdisastrous work that leads to unsafe, unlivable and unbelievable homes.â HGTV said in its press release that its ordered an eight-episode first season.
Familiar faces Drew and Jonathan Scott will also debut a new 14-episode series called âProperty Brothers: Under Pressure.â The twins will âhelp wary buyers grappling with commitment issues make confident, informed decisions for the biggest purchase of their lives.â
HGTV has also ordered 16 half-hour episodes of âNeighborhood Watch,â which reveals the âraw, unfiltered and sometimes shocking footage straight from security cameras, smart doorbells, nanny cams and baby monitors across America.â The network says the result is âhilarious, outrageous and downright bizarre.â
Finally, âWorldâs Bargain Dream Homesâ will premiere with a 12-episode first season in 2026, featuring people âbrave enough to purchase the worldâs most affordable properties that also happen to be stunning, turnkey and in desirable locations around the globe.
