Who knew!? “100 Day Dream Home” star Brian Kleinschmidt just revealed a fascinating common bond among at least five of HGTV’s hunkiest personalities.
On October 26, 2025, Kleinschmidt posted a photo of himself, Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan Scott, “Home Town” star Ben Napier, “Renovation Aloha” star Kamohai Kalama, and longtime “HGTV Dream Home” host and designer Brian Patrick Flynn. He shared in the caption the fascinating fact that they are all six-foot-four or taller, and joked that they’re “forming the tallest Boy Band ever.”
HGTV Fans & Stars Offer Hilarious Name Suggestions for ‘Tallest Boy Band’
In the caption of his post, Kleinschmidt wrote, “BIG NEWS!!! 📣HGTV is forming the tallest Boy Band ever. Did you know we are all 6’4” or more? 🤯And we need your help naming the band. What should we call ourselves?🎤🕺🎶”
One fan commented, “Well for starters GOOD LOOKING!! 😉 After that not quite sure yet! 👍❤️”
Fans weighed in with hilarious and clever name ideas, including Finding Studs, Ceiling Breakers, New Kids on the Cinder Block, and 6’4 & More.
Drew weighed in with his own suggestion, writing, “Turn Key Harmony?! I’ll keep trying🤣” and Flynn responded, “THE VERTICALS? 🤷🏻♂️”
Just How Tall Are HGTV’s Tallest Hunks?
So, how tall are HGTV’s beloved home-renovating hotties? In a height contest with former NBA player Dwayne Wade on “The Today Show” in March, Napier revealed he is 6’6.
The Scott brothers are twins, but Jonathan is four minutes older and one inch taller than his “little” brother, according to HGTV. He tops out at 6’5 while Drew is 6’4.
According to HGTV, Kamohai wouldn’t actually make the cut for Kleinschmidt’s proposed boy band, reporting that he is 6’2. But he likely looks taller because he towers over his wife and co-star, Tristyn, who is just 4’11.
Flynn told Atlanta Magazine in 2015 that he was 6’5, and in 2023, Kleinschmidt’s wife and co-star Mika revealed in a social media post that he is 6’4 while she is 5’7.
Other fairly tall HGTV hunks, measuring six feet or more, could certainly be backup singers for the network’s “tallest Boy Band.” Longtime host Ty Pennington is six feet tall, according to IMDb. “Renovation Resort” star Bryan Bauemler also stands at six feet, per IMDb. “My Lottery Dream Home” star David Bromstad is at 6’1, and “The Flip Off” star Tarek El Moussa stands at 6’2, per ABC News.
